3. Products

We sell beauty devices designed for at‑home use. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes.
We do our best to ensure all details are accurate, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices shown include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • When you place an order and complete payment, you are making an offer to buy the products.

  • We will send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order.

  • The contract between you and us is formed when we send the order confirmation or when we dispatch the products, whichever comes first.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on destination and courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist you where possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us clearly (for example by email) within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • You must return the product to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision.

  • Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging. We may deduct an amount if the product has been used or damaged more than necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as allowed by EU law).

8. Refunds

In the case of a withdrawal or return request, we may either ask you to return the product or, at our discretion, issue a refund without requiring the product to be sent back. Our current policy allows refunds up to 30 days from delivery, even where the product is not returned, provided you contact us first and your request is approved.

9. Use of the Product

Our devices are intended for personal, at‑home use only.
Always read and follow the full instructions and safety notices provided on the product page and in the user manual.
The product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary by individual.

We are not liable for any damage arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions, or use on conditions for which the product is not intended.

10. Legal Guarantee

EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee that the products must be in conformity with the contract.
If a product is defective or not as described, please contact us. Where appropriate, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in line with applicable consumer law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
