These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on this website. The store is operated by Nexora. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products and Prices
We sell beauty devices designed for at‑home use. Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes and minor variations may occur. All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order and complete payment, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We will send you an order confirmation once we have received your order. The contract between you and us is formed when we send the order confirmation or dispatch the products. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in such cases, any payment received will be refunded. Payments are processed securely via our payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary by destination and courier. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist you where possible.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive your product. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and clearly state that you wish to withdraw. In addition to this legal right, we offer a 30‑day refund window for your first order with us, as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy. In many cases we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned, but we reserve the right to request a return or decline a refund in cases of misuse, repeated refund requests or suspected fraud.

Use of the Product
Our devices are intended for personal, at‑home use only. Always read and follow the full instructions and safety notices provided on the product page and in the user manual. The device is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary by individual. We are not liable for any damage arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions or use on conditions for which the product is not intended.

Legal Guarantee and Liability
EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee that products must conform to the contract. If a product is defective or not as described, please contact us; where appropriate we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in line with applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
